Vertical and horizontal capstan

Within our product portfolio, we have horizontal and vertical capstan. We are consolidated manufacturers with extensive experience that supports us. These small traction machines facilitate a multitude of tasks on the boat, making them versatile and essential.

The offered capstan can be both in carbon steel with a special finish for marine environments, as well as stainless steel or aluminum. Besides, we find a wide selection of models ranging from drafts with diameters from 150 to 600 mm and with a pulling force of up to 10 tons, varying the length depending on the size of the drape and the customer's needs.

Our reels admit the integration of hydraulic or electric motors that allow greater ease of use, due to their integration in the equipment they offer an aesthetic and functional design. Its significant versatility of configuration means that our products can satisfy the needs of all our customers.

Winches

Our hydraulic winches are designed for use in lifting and trawling loads. Designed for cables and ropes use and providing both directions of rotation for winding.

The structure and reel are building in stainless steel and driven by a planetary reducer in an oil bath and a high torque orbital motor, as well as a braking valve to control loads on the lowering.

Our models can be manufactured with a cable guide or with a pinch roller for better stowage.

We have a wide selection of winches, which allow us to recover up to 145 m of 18 mm rope.

Windlass

Núñez Vigo offers a wide range of windlass to lift the anchor chain. We manufacture hydraulic and electric drive windlasses.

All our models include a gypsy wheel provided with the brake as well as a winch, intending to be able to use it in rope made anchor lines.

The windlass offered can be in carbon steel with special finish for the marine environment, stainless steel, or aluminum.

Our interchangeable models selection, allows a better adjustment to the clients needs, adjusting to their requirements the most appropriate winch and gypsy wheel in each case.

Anchor drum

We have an anchoring drums wide selection, both for hawsers, for anchor or combined. We are consolidated manufacturers with extensive experience that supports us. These small traction machines facilitate a multitude of tasks on the boat, making them versatile and essential.

We design version with or without capstan. Our models allow us to collect up to 520 m of a rope of diameter 18 with maximum traction in the first rope layer of 2800 kgf.
